Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We guarantee that our plants are grown true to name in accordance with standards established by The Perennial Plant Association. All our plants meet the quality-assurance standards for container-grown perennials set by the P.P.A.

    Any claims must be made at the time of delivery.

  • Yes. All orders canceled or rescheduled after the order has been pulled will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

  • Yes. We can deliver to your job site using our shipping racks; however, these racks can not be left at a job site so the racks will need to be unloaded upon arrival. There is an additional job-site drop charge.

  • To be considered a wholesale customer, you must be approved and provide multiple trade references. Our farm is open on Saturdays to the public from April-October 8am-4pm

  • Yes, we can ship directly to retail customers through Perennial Farm Marketplace.

  • $25 (subject to change)
